The Ministry of Finance decided June 16th 2011 to change the regulation on fiscal NOx tax so that reporting and payment of NOx emission shall be on quarterly basis.

This means that fiscal NOx emission for 3rd quarter 2011 shall be reported within October 18th 2011.

This change in regulation concerns all companies that are subject to pay NOx tax
